Building Automated Controls completed an overhaul of the IRS building’s controls system. The prior system in place was very old and required a very high rate of service calls, which increased building operational expenses while interfering with daily work flow for IRS employees. Within two years of completing this job, building management had already recovered the costs incurred to complete the project as the result in energy savings and the elimination of unnecessary service calls.
